Photographed: Members of SPSC Aberdeen in 2010 on their 40km walk along the Aberdeenshire coast – a distance equivalent to the length of the Gaza Strip coastline. The walk drew attention to the fact that 1.5 million Palestinians live in a strip of land so small, that it can easily be walked in about 10 hours - they are virtually prisoners, denied the right to travel or trade by land or sea, to have access to employment, education or even the most basic forms of humanitarian aid.
